How It Works

Support Network

GW has built the online program delivery around your lifestyle and learning needs. We are here to support you every step of the way so that your experience is as seamless as possible.

We offer you a multi-level support network including:

• Enrollment Advisor
  Counsels you through the application process.
  
  
• Student Service Manager
  Liaises with the University/program on your behalf and assists you with course registration, access and securing course materials.
  
  
• Small Group Facilitator
  Works in conjunction with the course Faculty/Instructor and guides you through the course content and requirements.
  
  
• Faculty/Instructor
  Develops the curriculum, and instructs the course while constantly assessing its relevance and timeliness.
  
  
• Technical Support
  Assists you with any technical or system access problems you may have.
