Curriculum

The Educational Leadership and Administration program is a 33-credit programs are 30 to 33-credit programs consisting of eight to nine courses of three credits each and one course of six credits. The program is designed to give those wishing to become senior administrators the detailed knowledge they need in core areas such as curriculum development, personnel issues, school finance, managing school-community relations and public law to be effective in the top jobs in the school system. Such skills have never been in more demand as, during the last decade, many school districts and state authorities have made concerted efforts to both recruit and train better principals and senior administrators.
